Yoga Experience

I have practiced yoga on 3 continents, in 6 countries,  and in 3 languages. I began my practice as a way to connect with my changed body after the birth of my twins in 2003, and I continued my practice throughout the pregnancy with my youngest child 5 years later.

I have practiced with over 20 teachers, across multiple lineages and styles, from Ashtanga to Hatha, to Bhakti to flow (among others) without interruption for the past 2 decades.

During the pandemic as I practiced in virtual settings, I realized how deeply yoga has the power to connect us and heal. It pushed me to pursue yoga more seriously, and enroll in teacher training.
